Many people’s lives have been a journey of pursuing goals and successes, in career, family, relationship, religion, study, money and etc. However, the basis of these successes has been neglected along the journey – a healthy body to enjoy the fruits of the success.
We invest our time and effort working hard pursuing our goals; we work late, poor eating habit, no exercise … all these are sacrificing our healthy body hoping to receive return in the form of career success. These sacrifices are not compulsory. In the course we will take you through the facts about our body, how does it react to food, schedule and exercises. Upon completion of the course, you will be able to select the right nutrition, scheduling habits and exercise that matches your body type. Our motto is, you don’t have to sacrifice your health while pursuing goals in life.
